Okay, so what's this?

Mmm, today is Women’s Day. Yes, these days usually don’t matter much, but I feel they are a nice reminder to remember the person or the incident the day is about.

So, I just wanted to write about that woman who honestly changed my life in the last one year.

Yes, for me it’s you - Saumya Shrivastava. :)

In the last one year, the woman I have thought about the most is you.

The day I saw you on the app, the day I sent you an email, the day you replied to my email, the day we started those conversations over email, the day we had conversations on WhatsApp, the day we worked together for some time, the day we shared our views and ideas on various topics, and the day we met - all these days literally changed me, or I would rather say upgraded me at least 1% every time.

I would like to share one reel with you -

Keep aside the context of this video. I’m sharing this because of the message in it, which is exactly how I feel about you when I recall whatever has happened in the last one year.

Even I was the same before I met you.

Sach mein, akal nahi thi for a lot of things that are important in life. Since you came into my life, you have taught me a lot of things. I have understood many things and gained a lot of maturity in just the last one year.

With you, I got to know:

  • What the value of a family is

  • What the value of a relationship is

  • How to order food in a Restaurant

  • How important it is to trust yourself

  • How important a watch on the wrist is

  • How to give princess treatment to a girl

  • How important a good collection of clothes is

  • How important a good collection of perfumes is

  • How to think practically when you are too emotional

  • What the value of having a good clothes collection is

  • How important grocery shopping is and understanding groceries

Even though some of these are very common-sense things, some of them are very important to live a good and practical life. To be honest, anyone could have taught me these things, or life itself would have taught me in some way or the other. For me, it was you.

I just started focusing on these things after talking to you. Thank you for coming into my life and for always being calm and kind in every message you sent.
